I don't think that size is nece...Great article. I don't think that size is necessarily #1 when assessing 17 and 18 year olds. However, it does seem that it is an important factor in the mix particularly when scouts assess transfering a skill set to the next level. This applies to skaters and goalies. If you are under six feet there is still a stigma attached to you that has to be overcome with all the other traits you mentioned.
