Comments:
1. Hard to compare against my own rankings at this time because I have not yet set my final rankings for the draft. That said, I can tell you that James Hardie, Andrei Bakanov, Logan Morrison, and Jan Mysak will be higher. And that Kirill Steklov and Olle Bjorgvik Holm will be lower.
2. Looking at the players who fell, the only ones that I really disagree with are Bakanov, Oksentyuk, and Solovyov. That said, I wouldn't have had Solovyov that high in the first place. While the offensive production did decrease in the second half, I'm not entirely sure we can say that his play dropped. He was the same player, just his production fell back down to Earth. And Bakanov, well it's obvious we see different players.
3. James Hardie was a kid that I had been hearing was gaining serious traction among the NHL scouting community as a potential 3rd/4th round selection with his strong play in the second half. Yet, NHL Central Scouting still has him as a virtual non draft selection. Very confusing to me.
4. The Top 10 among OHL players is the exact same for me right now in terms of the names. Just the order is different.
