Beyers has been a very useful OHL player sin...Jon,

Beyers has been a very useful OHL player since he entered the league. He's a terrific skater and certainly has offensive talent. But I don't see the other areas of his game being up to par with the professional game. And while he's talented offensively, I don't think he's talented enough to overcome those shortcomings. In addition, while he's not necessarily small, he's also not big.

Sort of a classic tweener. Probably not quite enough pure offensive talent to be a top 6 player, nor does he fit the role of a bottom 6 guy.

So in other words, it was an omission on purpose and not an oversight.

He's the type of guy who'd have to make his way up the chain, if he's serious about a career in hockey. I could certainly see him in the ECHL next year, if he decides to go that route instead of CIS.Brock Ottenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08237782074032840702noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2553903000955128175.post-79279803457643904552013-01-29T19:02:32.331-05:002013-01-29T19:02:32.331-05:00Great list this year as always! Hes got decent size (5'11 and 180 lbs) and hes getting over a point per game this year. Did you omit this player on purpose or was it an oversight?Jonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02714122031658745896noreply@blogger.com
